Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the All Fur Fun website and any related services (the “Service”) operated by All Fur Fun (ACN: 675 342 444, “us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of these Terms, do not access or use the Service. The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

1. Animal Registration and Identification

1. While in the care of All Fur Fun, all dogs must wear a collar with an ID tag attached.
   
2. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that their dog has these items and that their contact details are current.
   
3. In accordance with council regulations and to ensure the safety of your pet, it is required that your dog be council registered and microchipped.
   
4. All Fur Fun will not be liable for fines from council, police, or other authorities pertaining to animal behaviour and regulations.

2. Lost or Damaged Property

1. All Fur Fun is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing, or any other item left with their dog during service.

3. Safety

1. The owner agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behaviour of their dog while it is in the care of All Fur Fun.
   
2. All Fur Fun reserves the right to cease or suspend any service to dogs that at any time endanger the wellbeing of themselves, other pets, or people. This includes any dog displaying aggressive or abnormal behaviour.
   
3. All Fur Fun is not responsible for the safety, actions, injury, disappearance, or death of any dog while they are left unattended in their home.

4. Communicable Disease Prevention

1. The owner agrees to take all necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their dog is free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases at the time of service.
   
2. In the event that your dog has been exposed to or affected by any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions, the owner agrees to notify All Fur Fun prior to commencement of service.
   
3. All Fur Fun reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that at the time of pickup shows any signs of illness or is taking medication for a transmittable illness until such time as we are satisfied the condition is resolved.

5. Access

1. Should keys be required to access the owner’s property, they are to be provided to All Fur Fun prior to or at the commencement of services at the owner’s expense.
2. Keys will remain the property of the client at all times.

6. Alarm

1. The owner will provide any and all instructions required to disarm any alarm upon entry to the premises.
2. All Fur Fun will not be liable for any costs associated with alarm activation, such as guard dispatch.

7. Property

1. All Fur Fun is not responsible for any damage to the property of the client or others, or loss to the premises if the home is not properly secured by others during the service period.

8. Injury

1. All play is carefully supervised to minimise the risk of injury. Despite our best efforts, scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur.
2. Under no circumstances will All Fur Fun be held responsible for injuries, illness, death, loss, or damage of any kind.

9. Emergency Care

1. In the event of an emergency, the owner authorises All Fur Fun to seek any veterinary advice and/or treatment as deemed necessary.
2. If veterinary attention is required, the owner is liable for all such expenses.

10. Payment

1. Full payments for our services are to be made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
2. Failure to pay for services within 30 days may result in the cancellation of all ongoing services until full payment is made.

11. Cancellations

1. All Fur Fun must be notified of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.
2. Any cancellation advised within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will be subject to the full service fee.
3. In the event that your dog is not at home at the time of service or if we are unable to gain access to retrieve your dog, the client will be subject to the full service fee.
   

12. Inclement Weather

1. For your dog’s safety, All Fur Fun may cancel services without notice due to severe weather, including sever storms, hail and extreme temperatures.

13. Media

1. All Fur Fun reserves the right to photograph your dog and use the images in print and/or digital formats for any business-related purpose, including advertising, promotion, and marketing.
2. If you do not want your pet’s photograph to be used for these purposes, please inform us in writing before the start of service.

14. Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

15. Privacy Policy

1. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. If you have not yet reviewed it, you can find it here .
   

16. Changes

1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without notice. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
