Which areas are included in your service range?

We currently service the following areas: Cammeray, Castlecrag, Cremorne, Crows Nest, East Willoughby, Naremburn, and Northbridge. We are also open to considering nearby suburbs for our services.

Does All Fur Fun service Weekends or Public Holidays?

Our business operates Monday through Friday and is closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Does All Fur Fun provide additional services?

All Fur Fun exclusively offers dog walking services. If you need additional services such as pet sitting, boarding, or training, we can recommend trusted providers and help guide you to the right resources.

What are your hours of operation?

We currently operate between 8:00am and 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. This generally means we’d be collecting our first dog just after 8:00am and dropping our last before 3:30pm.

Are there any other charges I should expect?

We don’t just offer one of the best off-leash experiences; we also ensure your beautiful dogs are cleaned and tidied, in addition to providing pick-up and drop-off services for each walk. Best of all, there are no hidden fees or surcharges—everything is included in our straightforward pricing for off-leash dog walking.

Do you operate in all weather conditions?

We’re committed to walking your furry friends in nearly all weather conditions. We go the extra mile to ensure your dog returns home as clean and dry as possible. However, in the case of severe weather events like hailstorms, we’ll prioritise the safety of everyone involved. In such cases, we may cancel walks or wait until conditions improve to avoid any genuine safety risks. We always stay safe to keep those tails wagging!

Do you cancel scheduled walks?

Of course, canceling scheduled walks is never easy, but unforeseen circumstances like emergencies or severe weather may necessitate it.
Rest assured, we will always notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

Am I able to cancel a scheduled walk?

Absolutely, if possible, kindly give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the day of your scheduled booking to cancel without incurring any charges. Should cancellations occur on the same calendar day as the booking, the full service fee will be charged.

Do you have space for us?

Because our business is solely operated by Andrew and Brittney, our capacity to walk dogs daily is limited. Regrettably, this may restrict our ability to accommodate additional dogs. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, rest assured that this approach ensures your dog receives exceptional care from the dedicated operators managing All Fur Fun.

How does the scheduling work

Many of our clients prefer scheduling recurring walks on specific days each week.

Scheduling specific times?

If you require us to pick up your dog within a specific timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate, depending on our availability. We are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution.

What’s the duration of the adventures?

We ensure each adventure group at the park enjoys a minimum of one full hour of pure fun.

Are there any meetings scheduled before we start?

Yes, we conduct a meet-and-greet session with you and your dog before onboarding. This helps familiarise your dog with us and ensures a smoother integration into the group.

I leave my dog indoors when I go out?

Not a problem at all. Many of our clients are not present when we pick up their dog(s). In such cases, we are typically provided with an additional set of keys or access codes to enter the premises and retrieve the dog(s). We can discuss this in more detail during our scheduled meeting before onboarding.

How I can see my dog having fun?

Excellent question, and an easy answer! During our group adventures at the park, we take photos capturing all the fun moments. These ‘action’ shots provide confirmation that our service is underway and give you a glimpse of your beloved pet enjoying their time with us. There’s no additional charge for this service, now or in the future.

How do I pay?

Our service is automatically invoiced to you at the end of each fortnight through your nominated email address. Just follow the steps in your invoice to process payment through our available options.
